The Mastic Man®, is a Kent based specialist sealant application company with over 30 years experience in our field. We pride ourselves on helping you complete your project on time, on budget, and to the highest standards possible.

Over the years, we have found ourselves working mainly on recommendation. We pay particular attention to detail, we listen to what our customers want, and we then deliver it. It is this reputation that has gained us our extensive list of customers and projects.

We have carried out mastic & silicone sealant application projects in Kent and surrounding counties for domestic customers, bathroom installation, hotels, hospitals, schools etc. with packages ranging from £150 to £100,000.

Quality materials are of utmost importance to us, so we work closely with the worlds leading sealant manufacturers (Dow Corning, ARBO, Otto, Sika, Mapei and many more) to bring you the very best in quality sealants which are guaranteed by their manufacturer.

We take health & safety very seriously. We are fully insured, CSCS registered, CIS registered and method statements/risk assessments are provided on larger projects.
